Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving goods, in original condition. Any returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. No returns on special order merchandise.
Returns for Credit: If you just want to return a product, there's no need to call. We will give you a store credit for your return. Just put the item in an appropriate box (You can usually use the same box it came in), and send it back to us. Please include your name, order number (if you have it), phone number and email address. Priority mail is usually cheapest and fastest. You will receive a store credit promptly, and we will email you a confirmation.
